You pay income tax on your pension which is deducted by the Plan administrator, Capita, based on the tax code they hold for you.
HMRC sends Capita the tax code that they use to calculate the tax payable on your pension. If you think you’re paying the wrong amount of tax, please get in touch with the Tax Office direct. Capita are unable to deal with HMRC on your behalf.
